Meditation and Mindfulness

With all the anxiety and uncertainty we carers are experiencing in these alternate times, help is available to centre your child's body and mind.  All classes start and end with a meditation session, this is beneficial as it enables children to keep in the present while dealing with everyday difficulties. 

Each class will teach the basic movements of Hatha Yoga, and to breath through each movement, therefore allowing them to breath, through any anxiety they may have.

Sustainability: Cooking, Gardening and Sewing

To live in a circular economy is to live with no waste which includes not recycling but reusing. 

We at Nature's Earth believe that sustainability should be taught from a young age.  Children should know the value of not only how products are made, but, also where they go at the end of life, and how to stop it by reducing and reusing.  

Living a sustainable life has proved to teach children how to be more resourceful and resilient which will in turn help with their further development and how to deal with challenges with may arise in their future.
